Who we are

This website is operated by Kinetic Growth Network Ltd (“KGN”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17483799, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information needed to run the site:

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation or project name (optional), the topic and stage you select, and your message.
• Direct contact: whatever you include when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or contact us through LinkedIn or Facebook.
• Technical information: our hosting provider automatically processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or profiling on this website.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry.
• To discuss, prepare and deliver any work you ask us to do.
• To keep a record of our correspondence.
• To operate, maintain and secure the website.

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Lawful basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on:

• Consent, which you give when you submit the enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Steps before entering into a contract, where your enquiry is about working with us.
• Legitimate interests, for keeping records of correspondence and keeping the website secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business:

• Web3Forms, which delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
• Our email provider, which stores our correspondence.
• Our website hosting provider, which serves the site and processes server logs.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations (typically six years).

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or complete it;
• ask us to delete it;
• ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
• ask for it in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before.
